Shipping

Free tracked shipping on every US order. We process your order within 24 hours and email you a tracking link as soon as we do.

If your tracking hasn't updated yet, give it a little time — carrier scans can lag behind the label. Delivery estimates in your tracking link are the most current information available.

30-day returns

Try it for 30 days from the day it arrives — not the day you order. If it's not for you, email support@geteasylight.com and we'll walk you through the return and refund every dollar. No restocking fee.

Refunds post to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving with us. Your bank may take another 3–10 business days to show it.

If it arrives damaged

Email support@geteasylight.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and you won't need to ship it back.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. We process orders within 24 hours, so email us as soon as you can.
